PRESCHOOL
PLUS

Learn, Play, Grow

The Preschool Plus program is expanding in fall of 2019.  Housed in the Forest City Elementary school, the Preschool Plus program will now include the 3 and 4 year olds.

  • The 3 Year Old Program offers all day care for three-year-olds as well as a 3 Year Old Half Day Preschool Program designed to serve children in our community.

  • The 4 Year Old Program offers a convenient transition for your four-year-old who is enrolled in Half-Day Preschool and requires child care before or after Preschool.

Daily Schedule

Children will begin their day at the YMCA. All four year olds will be transported to the Elementary school at 7:45 a.m. where they will be met by Y Preschool Plus staff. Those enrolled in morning preschool will go directly to their preschool room while those enrolled in the afternoon preschool will go to the Y childcare rooms. Children will eat lunch together and then the afternoon enrolled students will go to their preschool classrooms and those attending morning preschool will go to Y childcare rooms. All children will gather in the childcare rooms at the end of the day until picked up by approved pickup person.  *Schedule subject to change.

3 Year Old Program

For all day care, children will begin and end their day at the Elementary school.  For 3 year old preschool, parents will drop off their children for their preschool session and pick them up at the end of the preschool session.
