Registration fee is $50 per team.  Team registrant will be required to list all players on the team during the registration process.

A waiver must be signed by a parent/guardian for each participants 17 and younger and by the participant if 18 years of age.

• A link to a printable waiver will be emailed to the team registrant.  We ask that the team registrant share the link with their team so everyone has access to the waiver.
• Completed waivers can be dropped off at the Y or emailed to [email protected] before the event (Preferred).

• Waivers will be available for completion at the team check-in table the day of the event.  However, we prefer they be completed and returned to the Y well before the day of the tournament.
• Those without a signed waiver on file will not be allowed to participate.

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.
